When we individually spend time in meditation (sit-down, walking, day-dreaming, guided, etc) we are helping to anchor in our own personal light-body or higher self and soul.  Meditation helps to raise your own vibration and raising your vibration helps you function better in the world and (keeps you out of reach of lower vibrations).  There are also dozens of health, psychological and spiritual benefits too.

 

Why Synchronized Global Meditations

When we consciously show up for these Synchronized Global meditations – we are acting as the Bridge between these Higher Dimensions / Higher Beings and Earth.  These Star Races need the humans on earth to help anchor the light, so we bring the light from the Galactic Central Sun down through our bodies and into the center of the earth.  From the center of the earth we imagine a pillar of light going up through the earth and into our bodies and out into the Beings of Light in our Solar system – cleaning and clearing these energetic levels – these non-physical levels (the matrix).  We also visualize FULL DISCLOSURE, a new Financial System and Benevolent Contact.  Thousands of us doing these meditations and holding this purpose allows us to increase the light below the planet, through us on the planet and above the planet.  Critical Mass will help bring The Event with Full Disclosure closer.  Let’s do this!!!..

When I think back on my freshmen year of college, I think of a lot of imbalance. I remember being a clean freak in my dorm room, an avid yogi, a lover of healthy foods, and appreciative of a good night’s rest. But that was my inner self. The influences around me brought about another side of me that didn’t align with what I knew I needed. The endless pizzas, the lost hours of sleep from countless late-night parties and early-morning laughter — these were all fun, but when I think about it, I didn’t really have any other option. This was the lifestyle all around me, and though I’d sneak off for yoga, or bury myself in the library to study, I was highly swayed by this “fun.” I wonder if, had there been a dormitory at my campus designated for people seeking more balance, I would have chosen it, and if I had, how it would have changed my time.

At the University of Vermont, Burlington, a big dormitory is going up with room enough for 700 students next fall, and it’s designed with the health-conscious in mind.

The clean-living residence hall has zero-tolerance for drugs and alcohol, meaning one mistake and you’re out. But students who live here have access to fitness and nutrition coaches at the in-house gym, free violin lessons, yoga, and mindfulness training.

5 Scientifically Backed Reasons to Chant ‘Om’ | Stillness in the Storm

(Christina SarichLet’s get this straight right up front. ‘Om’ chanting is not religious. It may be practiced by Hindus, and even co-opted in yoga classes all over the U.S. and Europe, but every single religion in the world has its own version of Om chanting, which I’ll detail more completely in a moment.

The chanting of ‘Om,’ or more specifically, Au, Oh, and Mmm is a scientifically-backed system of becoming more in touch with the infinite creative energy of the Universe. This isn’t a metaphoric energy, but a real, grab-a-hold-of-it-and-look-it-in-the-eyes energy which is absolutely alive and pulsating through everything.

Om is really a transliteral way of writing and speaking ‘Aum’, as in Amen from the Christian bible. ‘Aum’ was also absorbed into the Buddhist tradition; however, Buddhists almost never transliterate the mantra as ‘Aum,’ but use ‘Om’ instead. Ek Onkar (another variation of Aum) is the root basis of all Sikh sacred thought, as well. You can additionally see Aum in the Jain tradition, and in the Hebrew āmēn, which means “certainty,” “truth,” and “verily.”

Om or Aum also shows up in ancient Egyptian mythology. Amen, or amun, was a deityrepresented by a ram, the god of life and reproduction, and those in scientific circles call Aum the God Particle or Higgs Boson.

It should be interesting for anyone to note, even more so for linguists, that the combination of Aaa, Ohh, and Mmm signifies the entire possible combinations of syllables, denoting the total, uncut range of words that can be uttered.

It is a resonance experiment that shows the geometric pattern, also known as divine geometry, which underlies all form. What Are Binaural Beats?

Binaural beats and isochronic tones are used in an attempt to synchronize one’s own brainwaves with a rhythm or beat, in order to reach a frequency corresponding to a certain level of consciousness. Binaural beats and isochronic tones can aid in reaching deep states of meditation and relaxation, as well as providing stimulation when studying and working.

As explained in my previous article ‘What are Brainwaves? Brainwave Entrainment & Deeper States ofMeditation’; brainwaves occur when millions of neurons communicate together producing a synchronised electrical pulsing effect. This electrical pulsing is measured as a frequency using an EEG machine. Frequencies resemble a wavy line on the EEG output and different frequencies fall into various categories that actually correspond to a person’s state of mind or level of consciousness.

Brainwave ranges of consciousness are already explained in the article mentioned, but in short:

Delta 0.5 – 3 HZ

Totally unconscious state. Low frequency. Dreamless sleep. Healing takes place. Deep deep meditation if conscious. Achieved by experienced meditators.
