David Wilcock: All right. Welcome to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I’m your host, David Wilcock. I’m here with our insider’s insider, Corey Goode. And we have a very special guest, Niara Isley.
So Corey, welcome to the show.

David: And Niara, welcome to the show.
Niara Isley: Thank you very much.
David: For the purpose of our viewers, let’s assume they haven’t read your book yet. They probably are going to want to after seeing this.
You started out in the military.
Niara: Uh-huh.
David: So this is how you got into that. So could you just give us a little backstory of how this ended up happening to you?
Niara: Well, I was in the Air Force from 1979 to 1983.
I was an auto track radar specialist. That’s a surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery radar.
David: Okay.
Niara: And there’s a sweep-the-sky radar, like an air traffic control radar. And then it calls up different radar sites and said, “You have an incoming aircraft at such and such degree of elevation and azimuth and this range, and please point your radar in that part of the sky and see if you can pick up this guy, track him for five minutes.”
And then if we tracked him for five minutes, it was considered a kill.
David: Right.
Niara: And basically, an auto track radar paints a very tiny target on an aircraft. And it’s a targeting point. So then if we were an active SAM site, surface-to-air missile site, then we would push a button, fire a missile, and blow that plane out of the sky.
What we were doing was teaching pilots to fly against radar to increase their survivability in a wartime setting.
David: Ah! And where did this start? Where were you stationed?
Niara: I was stationed at Nellis Air Force
David: Nellis? Wow!
Niara: In Nevada.
David: Now that’s one of the ones that, if you’ve ever studied UFO lore, we hear a lot about.
Niara: And then I was part of a group that was bused up to radar sites in Tonopah and Tolicha Peak once a week, every other week.
And then we would go out and do our job. And it was during that time, when I was at Tonopah, that I was taken in the middle of the night out to test the radar on “special aircraft”, which were extraterrestrial or back-engineered extraterrestrial craft.

In the 1950s, Colonel Ross Dedrickson was responsible for maintaining the inventory of the nuclear weapon stockpile for the AEC, and for accompanying security teams checking out the security of the weapons, among many other duties. As his obituary states:
He was assigned to the US Atomic Energy Commission. A long service with the Energy Commission between 1950-1958 included, contract administration duties at Nevada test sites, Pacific Nuclear Test Area west of Hawaii, nuclear weapon manufacturing and quality assurance in Albuquerque, and inspection of nuclear and non-nuclear facilities throughout the country. He served with the 5th Air Force in Japan and later as a ranking Colonel, Officer in Charge of the Pacific Unified Command (TM)s alternate “command and control center” in Hawaii. In 1962, he was transferred and served as Deputy for Material for the 832 Air Division at Canon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico. He retired from the USAF in 1964.
He is one of hundreds of military whistleblowers with verified backgrounds to have been brought forth by Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project. WASHINGTON, DC — One million miles from Earth, a NASA camera is capturing unexpected flashes of light reflecting off our planet.
The homeward-facing instrument on NOAA’s Deep Space Climate Observatory, or DSCOVR, launched in 2015, caught hundreds of these flashes over the span of a year. NASA’s Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera (EPIC) instrument aboard DSCOVR is taking almost-hourly images of the sunlit planet from its spot between Earth and the sun. In a new study, scientists deciphered the tiny cause to the big reflections: high-altitude, horizontally oriented ice crystals.
“The source of the flashes is definitely not on the ground,” said Alexander Marshak, DSCOVR deputy project scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, and lead author of the new study in Geophysical Research Letters, a journal of the American Geophysical Union. “It’s definitely ice, and most likely solar reflection off of horizontally oriented particles.”…

The Trump administration recently (February) requested that NASA put astronauts on the next mission that goes 1000 miles past the moon. They came back to Trump, and said they can’t do it. Not only that, the entire program is way behind, and is going to cost $1 billion per mission, when Musk’s new Falcon Heavy costs $90 million per mission, (about a 90% savings).
So, one must ask, if we put men on the moon back in 1969, almost 50 yrs ago, why is it that we can’t man this mission?
In February, at the request of the Trump administration, NASA began studying whether it was possible to add crew for the first flight of its Space Launch System, a heavy-lift rocket under development for deep space missions.
On Friday, the space agency announced it would not. During a conference call with reporters, Robert M. Lightfoot Jr., the acting NASA administrator, said the change was technically feasible, but that the additional cost, time and risks outweighed the benefits.
Newt Gingrich, the former House speaker who has advised President Trump on various issues including space, described the Space Launch System as less capable than the Saturn 5 rocket that took astronauts to the moon in 1969, yet far more expensive.
“The handwriting is on the wall,” Mr. Gingrich said. “Those kinds of programs are going to look stupid.”

“As we improve our understanding of ancient Earth and the history of our solar system, perhaps we may someday uncover evidence that suggests the activity of another technological civilization right here in our neighborhood,” says Andrew Siemion, the director of Berkeley’s SETI Research Center.
One of the open questions of astrobiology is whether there is extant or extinct life elsewhere the Solar System. Astronomer Jason Wright at Penn State says that we are looking for microbial or, at best, unintelligent life, even though technological artifacts might be much easier to find. Searches for alien artifacts in the Solar System typically presumes that the origins such artifacts would be from beyond our Solar System, even though life is known to have existed in the Solar System, on Earth, for eons.
But if a prior technological, perhaps spacefaring, species ever arose in the Solar System, it might have produced artifacts or other technosignatures that have survived to present day.
The origins and possible locations for technosignatures of such a prior indigenous technological species might have arisen on ancient Earth or another body, such as a pre-greenhouse Venus (image shown above NASA’s Pioneer Venus Orbiter took this false color image of Venus’ clouds ) or a wet Mars. In the case of Venus, the arrival of its global greenhouse and potential resurfacing might have erased all evidence of its existence on the Venusian surface. The gap between the rings and the top of Saturn’s atmosphere is about 2,400km (1,500 miles) wide.Cassini passed through the gap at speeds of about 123,000kph (77,000mph) on Wednesday as part of the craft’s final exploratory mission dubbed the ‘Grand finale.’
The craft used its dish-shaped antenna as a shield against oncoming particles while it travelled through the region as scientists feared that even small particles could have disabled the spacecraft. Using the dish in this way forced Cassini to lose contact with Earth.

The ship was programmed to collect data while close to the planet and then turn back towards Earth to re-establish contact. It successfully completed the maneuver on Thursday, about 20 hours after the crossing.
Amongst the data freshly beamed back to Earth are stunning new photographs of a giant hurricane on Saturn and the closest-ever photos of the planet’s atmosphere.

NASA released the photos on Thursday. It’s hoped that the data will help scientists calculate the mass of the planet’s rings.
“In the grandest tradition of exploration, NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has once again blazed a trail, showing us new wonders and demonstrating where our curiosity can take us if we dare,” Jim Green, director of the Planetary Science Division at NASA, said.
The $3.2 billion Cassini mission was launched in 1997 and is a joint venture between NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Italian space agency (ASI). It has been orbiting Saturn since 2004 and has captured thousands of incredible images of the ringed planet and nearby moons.

As part of the ‘Grand finale,’ Cassini will make 22 orbits that will bring it increasingly closer to the surface of Saturn before it intentionally plunges into the planet’s gaseous atmosphere this September.
The ‘Grand finale’ will “satisfy planetary protection requirements” and leave no contamination to other planets, according to the ESA. The next dive through the gap is scheduled for May 2.

The Event Chronicle Editor Note: I grew up in the 70s and vividly remember the distinctive yellow-tinged hue of our sun that gave off a softer warmth that is vastly different than our sun today. I’ve tried to talk to people about this over the years and have even gotten into silly arguments with family members over this topic.
I was pleased to hear Jay Weidner bring up this topic on Cosmic Disclosure in The Great Solar Flash episode earlier this year. Here’s Jay’s quote from the episode:
“But there’s another thing I want to talk about, which is what this . . . what I think this flash is in a physical way. And that is that the equator of the Sun rotates every 26 days, while the north and south hemispheres rotate every 37 days.
And what happens is the bottom of the Sun goes this way (counterclockwise), and the top of the Sun goes this way (clockwise), and you create torsion shear, it’s called. And after a while, this build up. It starts crossing each other and building up, and it takes about 25,000 or so years for this to just completely . . . and we’re at that place right now.
The Sun used to be yellow. Okay? The Sun is no longer yellow. It’s white now. And I’m old enough to tell you, it used to be yellow. And anybody my age will tell you that the Sun definitely was yellow.
If you look at little kids’ drawings from 30 or 40 years ago, . . . Now they draw the Sun as white, but we used to draw the Sun as yellow.
And it’s changed, and NASA knows this. And I think chemtrails are attempts by the elites to dampen this incredible light.
I know guys who do construction, and they tell me . . . they’re in their 40s, and they tell me that, Jay, 75 degrees doesn’t feel like 75 degrees anymore. It feels like 95 degrees.
