In this second episode of an interview with Tony Rodrigues conducted at Mt Shasta on August 29, we continue to learn critical information about how personnel are treated in secret space programs. Rodrigues says that he completed a 20 and back program from 1981 to 2001 in a number of covert programs including service with the least known of the programs, what has been called the “Dark Fleet”.

Unlike prior participants of secret space programs who have come forward, Michael Relfe, Randy Cramer and Corey Goode, Rodrigues did not undergo a formal military induction process where he signed recruitment papers outlining the terms of his service, and the process by which he would be returned to civilian life.

Instead, Rodrigues was forced into service as a slave where he had no rights, and had to do whatever his superiors desired, as exemplified in the first episode where he was used as a drug courier and then as a sex slave.

In this episode, Rodrigues resumes his story after a three year period in Seattle, where in 1988, at age 16, he was again taken to the Moon, and given rudimentary training as a slave soldier who would be expected to perform suicide missions against insectoid and other extraterrestrial species.

A new witness to secret space programs has publicly come forward to give details about how these programs operate in recruiting and treating personnel who are considered to be ‘slaves’ with no rights.

Tony Rodriques claims that in 1981, when only nine years old and in 4th grade, he was involuntarily recruited into a “twenty and back” program as punishment for something he did to one of his class room peers.

He publicly embarrassed the son of a high level member of the Illuminati and Rodrigues says that he was soon after abducted by five aliens. He was then genetically tested to determine what skills he possessed, which could be used in covert ‘support’ programs and eventually for the secret space programs themselves when he got older.

Rodrigues says that he was first forced to work as a psychic for a drug running operation out of Peru for four years, before being recruited as a sex worker in the area of Seattle from age 13. When he turned 16 years old, in 1988, he was taken to the Moon to be tested for any skills he possessed that would be of most benefit for service in the secret space programs.

After briefly serving on Mars as a slave fighter for a mercenary military force protecting corporate bases from indigenous Martians, he says was taken to Ceres, a planetoid in the asteroid belt, where he worked for 13 years with a German led freighter crew that was part of the “Dark Fleet,” which was initially set up by Nazi Germany during World War II.

The RAND Corporation traces its origins to a research and development project created inside the Douglas Aircraft Company to study UFOs secretly retrieved by the U.S. military after the February 1942 Los Angeles Air Raid incident, according to former Douglas Aircraft employee, William Tompkins. Tompkins further reveals that in 1943 he began delivering briefing documents from a covert Navy espionage program, which had learned about antigravity craft created by Nazi Germany, to the Douglas research and development project that later evolved into the RAND Corporation.

The Nazi antigravity craft were similar in design to retrieved UFOs suggesting an alliance had been reached between the Nazis and one or more extraterrestrial civilizations. Further compounding the problem, according to Tompkins, was that the Navy spies had learned that the Nazis had relocated significant resources to remote locations in Antarctica during World War II, with the assistance of an extraterrestrial civilization called the Draconians.

douglas-memo-confirming-tompkins-on-loc-committee-72-pxThe secret history of RAND was first revealed by Tompkins in his book, Selected By Extraterrestrials and in subsequent interviews where he discussed his 12 years working at Douglas Aircraft from late 1950 to May 1963. In a September 19 telephone interview, Tompkins gave more details about RAND and its earlier involvement with Douglas Aircraft in studying UFO reports and the Nazis antigravity projects.

Corey Goode was present, along with Dr. Michael Salla, Laura Eisenhower, and Rob Potter. There will be recordings of the presentations made available by the video production team in time. Pre-Conference Roundtable and Events

The conference was a fun-filled event with lots of energy and excitement. The venue of scenic Mount Shasta was spectacular with beautiful vistas and starry filled night skies.

September 8 marks the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Star Trek science fiction series that began in 1966. There is significant evidence that its creator, Gene Roddenberry, did not simply come up with the idea of Star Trek on his own. Instead he was encouraged to create the series based on classified information surrounding the development of a secret U.S. Navy space fleet that would build a broad extraterrestrial alliance. This led Roddenberry to come up with the idea of a United Federation of Planets, with its military headquarters in San Francisco.

Roddenberry began developing ideas for a science fiction show after one of his series had bombed in 1964:

The only reason Roddenberry created Star Trek, at least initially, was to sell another series to a network.  He was, if not desperate, anxious… He had just failed with The Lieutenant, for Norman Felton’s Arena Productions … No one was clamoring for another series from Roddenberry, or even his scripts. His agent suggested he come up with a space series… This may have led to what The Outer Limits historians insist are the accurate — if generally unknown — accounts of Roddenberry hanging out at times on the set of The Outer Limits. When I learned this, it wasn’t hard to imagine that series creator, and executive producer, Leslie Stevens … was someone that Roddenberry may have sought to emulate.

A series of video frames taken of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket explosion on September 1 show two UFOs in the vicinity, just before and during the failed pre-launch test. The video frames are hard evidence linking the SpaceX explosion to an alleged space war being fought between rival secret space programs according to whistleblower Corey Goode.

The SpaceX rocket was carrying a $150 million satellite belonging to Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg who was quick to tweet his disappointment:

In this final article in a three part series discussing Corey Goode’s August 22 update, I focus on his claims of having been taken to Venus and near Saturn to visit Ancient Builder Race facilities. Goode’s experiences and the information he received appear to be part of a coordinated effort by the Sphere Being Alliance and an Inner Earth Civilization to help raise the consciousness of surface humanity in order to better prepare for both “Full Disclosure” and “Ascension” related events.

On August 3, Goode was told to prepare for a visit to an Ancient Builder Race facility on Venus, thought to be hundreds of thousands if not millions of years old:

Over the following weeks, I had a few more meetings with Kaaree that were mostly of a personal nature. Then, on August 3rd, she contacted me and told me to prepare mentally for our return trip to the Ancient Builder Race (ABR) outpost on Venus and outside the orbit of Saturn…. It was a week later – August 10th – that this meeting finally occurred. I was excited and a little nervous that I would not be granted entrance.

Corey Goode yesterday released the first of a two-part report discussing his latest alleged meetings with different extraterrestrial civilizations and representatives of secret space programs. In it, he discusses some disturbing information about elite preparations for upcoming solar events that they believe will have devastating planet-wide effects.

In his report, Goode begins by filling in the details of what has taken place since a resumption of meetings after a lengthy hiatus, which he briefly discussed on August 1. He also discussed some of the ramifications of his personal briefings and a Cosmic Disclosure interview concerning a covert aerial tour he was given of six hidden Antarctica facilities belonging to the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) – one of five space programs he has previously disclosed information about.

In Sekret Machines, Tom DeLonge spends much time describing the corporate involvement in developing a secret U.S. space program. According to him, a global consortium of corporations secretly funded the development of flying triangles using antigravity and torsion field principles adopted from the Nazi Bell experiments.

These resulted in the development of a squadron of TR-3B’s based out of Area 51’s highly secretive S-4 facility at Papoose Lake. The U.S. Air Force Space Command and Defense Intelligence Agency is in charge of the TR-3B or ‘Locust’, operating out of S-4, according to Delonge, as relayed by his advisory team.

Rock star Tom DeLonge co-authored the book, Sekret Machines: Chasing Shadows, which is the first in a multimedia series of books and documentaries promising to blow the lid off a cover up of Secret Space Programs and the UFO phenomenon. A close reading of the “fiction based on fact” Sekret Machines, suggests that what it more accurately does is expose the reader to the first level of a multi-layered set of Secret Space Programs.

DeLonge, a former lead vocalist for Blink 182, is the creator of the Sekret Machines multimedia disclosure initiative, and has enlisted top writers such as A.J. Hartley and Peter Levenda to co-author up to six books. In the preface of Sekret Machines and interviews, Delonge describes how he is being helped by a team of ten advisors with direct links to corporations and Department of Defense entities involved with the U.S. development of a secret space program, and knowledge of a similar program simultaneously developed in Russia and the former Soviet Union.

In a speech before the European Parliament discussing the consequences of the Brexit vote, the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, made the stunning comment that he had spoken about it to “leaders of other planets.” Juncker’s comment suggests that world leaders are in communication with extraterrestrials, which closely monitor global events and assess their geopolitical and ‘exopolitical’ impact.

From June 17, 1940 to June 22, 1941, Great Britain stood alone against the Nazi Third Reich which had blitzed mainland Europe and forged an alliance of convenience with the Soviet Union in splitting Poland asunder. Now, 75 years later, with the June 23 decision to leave the European Union, Great Britain has issued a clear challenge to a secret ‘Fourth Reich”, covertly established by breakaway Nazi groups in South America and Antarctica, who during WWII had established an advanced space program, and later exerted an increasingly powerful hidden influence over the European Union.

On May 26, President Barack Obama issued a report to the U.S. Congress about an interagency effort to develop an “integrated policy” to deter potential enemies in Space. Obama’s “Space Report” gives credence to secret space program whistleblowers such as Corey Goode, who claim that battles have been fought between rival secret space programs in 2015, with the most recent occurring over Antarctica in April 2016.

At the same time the Soviet Union had deployed Cosmospheres in the 1970’s that competed with the National Reconnaissance Office and USAF for domination of the space around Earth, the U.S. Navy was developing its own secret space program called Solar Warden, which used huge cigar shaped spacecraft equipped with antigravity and temporal technology for distant off world operations.

Former aerospace engineer, William Tompkins, has disclosed that he provided the initial designs for these kilometer long secret space craft in a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company in the 1950’s. According to both Corey Goode and Tompkins, Solar Warden became operational in the 1980’s and was highly compartmentalized, and therefore unknown to most USAF Space Command/NRO/Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) personnel who were told the vehicles in deep space or remote locations like Antarctica they were monitoring were merely prototype craft being tested.

“Rob Potter: Ladies and gentlemen, we’re back with Corey and Cobra for Part 2. An extremely interesting interview. Both of these gentlemen are confirming each other’s intel with a few additions by each. I hope you are enjoying this unification and remembering about the Full Disclosure Meditation, the Secret Space Program conference in Mt. Shasta, as well as we’re having Cobra’s Ascension Conferences coming out. So lot’s of places for you to connect with other light members and become instrumental light bearers or information givers to people in your community.

This is really about letting people . . . preparing for some tremendous changes that are coming to the surface of the planet and we’re looking for clarity in these interviews.

We’re going to talk to Corey first and this first question is from someone. It says, “Corey, you have mentioned that some ET groups have been here with a little bit of Service-to-Self. Is that correct?”

Corey Goode: Yes.

Rob: Yeah, you have stated the Blue Avians are here because we are a parachute, as you termed it. It seems the Earth’s mess is kind of holding them back from evolving. Is that correct?

Corey: Yes, and that’s the case with all beings that follow the creed or kind of model and tinker and create other beings. When they progress past that point maybe thousands or millions of years later, they cannot ascend to other levels or progress further until they go back and deal with their creations and whatever karmic entanglements they have with them. But we’re not a creation of these Sphere Beings, but their actions that they had millions and billions of years ago somehow had them tied with us to where we have to ascend or reach our next level before they can fully. They’ve gone as far as they can. Their goal is ultimately to return to Source.

Rob: Okay, and this is kind of an Earth-based thing. It says, “If so, this implies they’re here with their own agenda towards progressing.”

Corey: That’s in the answer I pointed out.

Rob: Yeah, they may not be here at this time to intercede otherwise, possibly. Does that make them self-serving as well?

Corey: Yeah. Kaaree used that to kind of punch me in the stomach, because she, I guess, took issue with their position that her people were Service-to-Self. You know, when it comes down to it, if we’re all One and we’re all karmically tied, or we’re all tied on some level, every type of entity would have to be, by that definition, Service-to-Self. Before they can return to Source they have to make sure that we are on the right path or moving on the right path. I guess, in that context, on that grand scale, I guess you could label them that.”
