FBI rescues 82 children in sex trafficking sweep; 15 arrested in Philly area

An FBI operation focused on combating child sex trafficking around the world resulted in the arrests of 15 suspected pimps and associates in the Philadelphia region, authorities announced Tuesday.

Eighty-two minors were rescued and 239 alleged traffickers and their associates were arrested as part of this year’s Operation Cross Country, an annual international crime fighting effort, according to the FBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

“Each year, Operation Cross Country shines a spotlight on the scourge of child sex trafficking,” said Michael Harpster, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Philadelphia Division, in a prepared statement. 

“Sadly, children are being sexually exploited in our area – and across the country – every single day. 

The FBI and its partners on our Child Exploitation Task Forces will never stop working to find and free them, and ensure traffickers are brought to justice.”

From what I’ve seen over several months, YouTuber, Victurus Libertas (VL) posts good information.

VL is now claiming that he’s received information from “A very reliable source” about the NYPD. The New York Police Department are said to have cloned a copy of Anthony Weiner’s computer, prior to handing it over the the FBI last fall.

 

VL continues, “NYPD detectives, along with select FBI agents who are sick of the stonewalling of [FBI Director] Comey and the brass at FBI and CIA have started leaking information on their investigation into Anthony Weiner’s laptop…
“Among other things, we have learned from our insider that the Clintons and other politicians were engaged in money-laundering, child exploitation, sex crimes with minors, perjury, pay-to-play through the Clinton Foundation, obstruction of justice and other felony crimes.”

Now many of us (myself, included) with access to people who have inside knowledge of this situation have been hearing this story about the “fed-up” NYPD for months and nothing has happened.

This video contains an alleged prurient leak of a lewd and disgusting Twitter Direct Message that Weiner made to a 14 year old girl. In all likelihood, this deranged tweet will never be confirmed on any MSM outlet, if for no other reason than that it is too sick for family television.

VL continues, “Weiner has also contacted young boys and also still keeps in close contact with Chuck Schumer. A file marked ‘Life Insurance’, which we’ve talked about here may be leaked by the NYPD detectives because they are done sitting around while the politicians rape children and lie to the public.

“‘Nobody is above the law,’ said one source. ‘The file has enough names to leave DC a ghost town or a Supermax prison,’ according to one detective. ‘You literally have a third of the politicians dirty or worse,’ said one detective.

“Our source is a reporter in New York City and from what we know so far, four detectives have begun leaking the information and there will be clear connections made between Schumer, Weiner, Epstein, Dershowitz, Williams and Hillary Clinton and more.

Devin Nunes of California, a longtime Trump ally and chair of the House Intelligence Committee, sought to combat any sense of collusion between the Trump administration and Moscow. “Do you have any evidence that Russia cyber actors changed vote tallies in the state of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio?” he asked National Security Administration director Mike Rogers. Now comes another bombshell story from The Kansas City Star, which details the same bizarre story about the FBI stopping its own terror plots. Check out the partial reprint below, which describes how FBI agents troll Facebook, looking for Islamic terror-sounding people, then they recruit them into elaborate plots while providing detailed plans, supplies and funding to carry out the attacks.

Um….. I’m no lawyer or anything, and as much as I want to protect America from radical terrorists and everything… isn’t this entrapment? Without the FBI encouraging these people to take part in these terror plots, might they have simply remained angry Facebook dweebs? Seriously, some of these “terrorists” appear to be little more than stoners who are wholly incapable of pulling off anything other than their own pants.

The most sensational plots invoking the name of the Islamic State or al-Qaida here were largely the invention of FBI agents carrying out elaborate sting operations on individuals identified through social media as being potentially dangerous.

In fact, in terrorism investigations in Wichita, at Fort Riley and last week in Kansas City, the alleged terrorists reportedly were unknowingly following the directions of undercover FBI agents who supplied fake bombs and came up with key elements of the plans.

“What I get concerned about is where the plot is being hatched by the FBI,” said Michael German, a fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice and former FBI agent. “There has been a clear effort to manufacture plots.”

…Of 126 Islamic State-related cases prosecuted by federal authorities across the country since 2014, nearly two-thirds involved undercover agents or informants, according to the Center on National Security at the Fordham University School of Law in New York. The FBI has stepped up its use of sting operations, which were once seen as a tactic of last resort.

…But some question whether the FBI is catching real terrorists or tricking troubled individuals into volunteering for a long prison sentence.

The most recent alleged plotter, 25-year-old Robert Lorenzo Hester Jr. of Columbia, was indicted last week after federal prosecutors accused him of participating in an Islamic State plan to cause mass casualties in a bombing attack on a train station and possibly buses and trains in Kansas City on Feb. 20.

The two men leading Hester in the alleged plot were actually undercover FBI employees. They suggested the time, place and type of attack, and loaned Hester $20 to buy the 9-volt batteries, duct tape, roofing nails and copper wire that they implied would be ingredients for a bomb. Hester reportedly failed to buy the copper wire, saying he could not find it. There were no actual bombs.

The FBI employees had identified Hester as a suspect after seeing Facebook posts he made about his “conversion to Islam, his hatred for the United States and his belief that supposed U.S. mistreatment of Muslims had to be ‘put to an end,’ ” according to court documents.

Former President Barack Obama failed on two occasions to get a warrant to wiretap Donald Trump due to a “lack of evidence”, resulting in The White House circumventing the FBI and federal courts.  

Legal experts have warned that the consequences of Obama using the powers of the NSA, CIA and FBI to spy on his political opponents could now result in his prosecution.

The stories currently are three-fold: first, that Obama’s team tried to get a warrant from a regular, Article III federal court on Trump, and was told no by someone along the way (maybe the FBI), as the evidence was that weak or non-existent; second, Obama’s team then tried to circumvent the federal judiciary’s independent role by trying to mislabel the issue one of “foreign agents,” and tried to obtain a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act “courts”, and were again turned down, when the court saw Trump named (an extremely rare act of FISA court refusal of the government, suggesting the evidence was truly non-existent against Trump); and so, third, Obama circumvented both the regular command of the FBI and the regularly appointed federal courts, by placing the entire case as a FISA case (and apparently under Sally Yates at DOJ) as a “foreign” case, and then omitted Trump’s name from a surveillance warrant submitted to the FISA court, which the FISA court unwittingly granted, which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump.

Are these allegations true? We don’t know yet, but if any part of them are than Obama and/or his officials could face serious trouble…

(Jack Burns) When a bank is found guilty of doing business in countries where they’re not supposed to be, and when the same bank is found guilty of helping drug cartels launder money, shouldn’t the public have a right to know about the banks’ efforts at correcting such actions? That’s the question being raised with respect to HSBC’s 1.92 billion dollar settlement with the U.S. and oral arguments are taking place in federal court this week on whether or not the compliance report should stay sealed.

The bank lost in court in 2012 when it was discovered they had business dealings in, “Cuba, Iran, Libya, Sudan and Burma, racking up violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the Trading With the Enemy Act,” according to CNS. The bank’s executives, who knew full well what the bank was doing, were given deferred prosecution agreements, so long as the bank, going forward, would reform its business practices and comply with the law.

“HSBC admitted to violating U.S. sanctions laws and failing to stop Mexican and Colombian cartels from laundering hundreds of millions of dollars in drug proceeds through the bank,” but now is fighting to keep the contents of the compliance report a secret. And the bank is getting help from what should be considered the most unlikely of sources, the Department of Justice. Yes. That’s right.
