The energies for making all of this work out are energies that do not work like anticipation or steps to completion. The energies involved here have to do with monitoring and modifying procedures, steps and protocols.

Lynn – Hi Cobra, welcome back to Prepare for Change for this last month of December 2016. This has been a very interesting, revealing and even shocking year for all of us. I thought that today I would give you the opportunity to sum up the strides forward that we have made as a planet in this year 2016.

Dratzo! Those in charge of the RV’s distribution and the prosperity packages are working swiftly to see that they are brought out together. At present the RV is being revealed through the various levels that were set up by these diligent workers of the Light. They know the importance of these many prosperity packages. Once more than 70% of these special monies are delivered, the creation of the NESARA Republic is legally assured. This one factor makes this process essential to what currently is being carried out by our earthly associates. Meanwhile, there is the process for the RV. This is to assure that the extremely large sums of monies are successfully transferred to the underprivileged throughout this globe. These humanitarian projects enable this world to easily supply the freedom, food, sanitation, housing, clothing and electricity needed to bring everyone up to speed. This provides the literacy and Internet education necessary to comprehend what we are doing. As you can see, a great deal of progress is being made. Much more is still required before we reach our prescribed goals.
Our associates on this world are doing a marvelous job. However, there are still many of the cabal that have only recently revealed themselves. Most of the lower-level miscreants have been nabbed. This group has helped in the last few weeks to arrest most of the next level of scalawags. This process has helped us, as well, to uncover how these scurrilous rats operated, enabling us to identify this devious operation almost to its highest levels. Our operatives are busy putting together the last pieces of this nefarious puzzle. The purpose of this final series of investigations is to ready our associates to perform the final global takedown of this monstrously intertwined evil. The Anunnaki created an appallingly devious organization of the dark. It permeated every nook and cranny of this globe. Dratzo! Events are moving forward. The top of the RV payout is now in place. This means that the deliveries of the prosperity funds are very close to actually occurring. We expect this process ultimately to lead to the formal announcement of NESARA and the new American Republic. This series of operations is to follow in a set sequence, and a number of joint legal decisions are to ensure that it is quickly and efficiently carried out. Thus, we anticipate that numerous actions are to follow one another so this new reality can be properly manifested. These sequences are to be followed swiftly with full disclosure of our benevolent existence! At that time, as noted previously, we are to broadcast a brief outline of possible actions that are to lead to a potential time for mass landings. Each of these events is linked to the other. A long series of meetings involving the different factions has contributed to a very complex timetable. This process has brought together various teams, assisting us in moving forward! Hence, we ask for patience as these joint timetables are taking place.
The whole process of altering this planetary society has been much more complicated than first imagined. This realm was initially conceived of by the Anunnaki as a land that possessed a primary belief that those in power were invincible. Thus, the present group of minions saw themselves as Beings capable of overcoming anything that might reduce or end their power. A most arrogant set of beliefs was deeply etched into everyone’s psyche. One of the many reasons for our difficulty in aiding our partners in the Light was these insane core conceptions. This belief is now receding as, day by day, Heaven aims a burst of positive and consciousness-raising energies at humanity. We have watched as our earthly partners succeeded in altering this negative belief and initiated a series of major arrests among this global group of minions. SORRY THIS GOT OUT SO LATE BUT SWAMPED WITH THE WORK IN HONG KONG AT THE MOMENT. THEY ARE HAVING THE FIRST DAY OF THE MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL (MOON CAKE FESTIVAL) AND BANKS ARE CLOSED IN MAINLAND AND OPEN IN HK. TOMORROW IT SWITCHES AND CHINA IS OPEN AND HK IS CLOSED. COORDINATING THINGS OVER THERE IN RESPECT OF THOSE RELEASES IS A BIT OF A MAZE BUT GETTING WORKED THROUGH.
THE LAST WEEK HAS BEEN VERY BUSY WITH THE PREPARATIONS FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FUNDS FOR THE PROJECTS. ALL OF US HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY SWAMPED WITH LAST MINUTE DETAILS OF GETTING THESE FUNDS INTO OUR ACCOUNTS, AND THE REGULATORS HAVE OPENED A 24 HOUR WINDOW TO COMPLETE THE FIRST TRANSFERS TO THE ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS, INCLUDING US. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CHINA FAMILY STUFF.

“IN RESPECT OF THE G20 THAT WAS JUST DONE… CHINA GOING INTO SDR TAKES AWAY THEIR ABILITY TO PRINT MONEY CLANDESTINELY, AND WILL HAVE A TREMENDOUS IMPACT ON THEIR ECONOMY – NO MORE HELICOPTER MONEY. WHAT IT DOES IS FORCE TRANSPARENCY. THIS WAS ONE OF THE GOALS OF THE COUNCIL JUST RECENTLY, TO INSTALL CORE VALUES WHERE THEY MATTER, AND FORCE COMPLIANCE TO THE NEW AND HONORABLE WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS… WE CAN REST EASY KNOWING THAT SUCH FUNDAMENTALS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. IT TOOK A GREAT DEAL, BUT ALL THE PARTS OF THE WHOLE IS WORKING IN ONE DIRECTION NOW, ALL IN TANDEM. IT IS A WONDERFUL THING TO SEE.

Selamat Jalwa! This world is now under stress. Final conflicts are being drawn out everywhere. The Light has managed to gain the upper hand in all of these concluding events. The dark can clearly see that its last struggles are only to end in defeat. These last arguments, which include the new monetary system and the accompanying financial system, have largely been decided. Even the introduction of the currency exchanges has begun. It is expected that many of you are soon to receive vital information that is to permit you to take your long-held currencies and exchange them for vast amounts. These are just part of a way to jump-start the many long-awaited currency exchanges first promised a few years ago. The main obstacles came from a de facto American regime, which greatly feared the results of such large monetary exchanges made by those who had never before been given such an extended series of tremendous opportunities. Nevertheless, this is just a beginning, caused by the many delays that hampered the sending out of what are called “the prosperity programs.” This fact has slightly altered the original sequencing.
The prosperity programs have long been tied to what is now called the new NESARA republic. It is this entity that the dark greatly fears. It brings into power a legal entity charged with returning this government to US constitutional authority and ends all the illegal practices that severely debased its currency and diminished peoples’ rights. This new temporary governance (4 months in length) is to right all of this and gives America common law, liberty and immense prosperity. It is this new governance that is to encourage peace, cooperation and harmony among nations. It is also to make the first global overtures that are to lead swiftly to full disclosure of our benevolent existence. It is to allow us to publicly address you about first contact and how, together, we can move all of you toward full consciousness. This process is to include our mentor program and the use of a living Crystal Light Chamber. All of this is to include a series of key lectures by your Ascended Masters!

Let’s Kick The Garbage Out To The Curb
Apologies are extended to those that might not have gotten things straight without this preface.
Initially I was under the assumption that we had nailed the former Sri Lankan President and Japanese Gold buyers (as well as government) in an attempted theft of 20 thousand metric tons of gold.
As things turned out it was not an attempted theft, it was a theft already cemented – and 4 years prior. The rest of the detail follows and I cannot wait to review the audit of all accounts and put those responsible away where they belong.
As one can see nowadays these shenanigans are rampant among the politicians and banksters. Hell is too nice a place for them so let’s find a place more fitting for them NOW.
