Australia To Forcibly Vaccinate Citizens Via Chemtrails

Australia have approved the license application from Big Pharma company PaxVax that will allow them to intentionally release a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into Queensland, via chemtrails. 

The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) says that the vaccine qualifies as a limited and controlled release under section 50A of the Gene Technology Act 2000.

Preventdisease.com reports:

PaxVax is seeking approval to conduct the clinical trial of a genetically modified live bacterial vaccine against cholera.

Once underway the trial is expected to be completed within one year, with trial sites selected from local government areas (LGAs) in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. PaxVax has proposed a number of control measures they say will restrict the spread and persistence of the GM vaccine and its introduced genetic material, however there is always a possiblity of these restrictions failing and infecting wildlife and ecosystems.

Aerial vaccines have used in the United States directed towards animals by the use of plastic packets dropped by planes or helicopters.Sanofi (who is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world) has subsidiary companies such as Merial Limited who manufacture Raboral, an oral live-virus poisonous to humans yet distributed wildlife in the masses…

When Mr. B.H. shared the following article published in 2016, I had to say “you’re kidding” out loud to my otherwise empty office, for it seems the proverbial “they” have found yet another way around the growing movement to question just why we need all those vaccines: just spray it from airplanes (copy and paste into your browser: http://yournewswire.com/australia-to-forcibly-vaccinate-citizens-via-chemtrails/ ).

Now, I have to admit that while I have not blogged much on this website concerning the subject of chemtrails, and what their ultimate purpose may be, I can say in all honesty that (1) I do believe that the phenomenon is real, and (2) that it represents some sort of covert agenda, or perhaps several agendas, on the part of “them.” The following paragraphs from the article – which I am assuming to be true for the sake of my speculation of the day – provide at least one clue:

In 2006 Michael Greenwood wrote an article for the Yale School of Public Health entitled, “Aerial Spraying Effectively Reduces Incidence of West Nile Virus (WNV) in Humans.” The article stated that the incidence of human West Nile virus cases can be significantly reduced through large scale aerial spraying that targets adult mosquitoes, according to research by the Yale School of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health.

Under the mandate for aerial spraying for specific vectors that pose a threat to human health, aerial vaccines known as DNA Vaccine Enhancements and Recombinant Vaccine against WNV may be tested or used to “protect” the people from vector infection exposures. DNA vaccine enhancements specifically use Epstein-Barr viral capside’s with multi human complement class II activators to neutralize antibodies. The recombinant vaccines against WNV use Rabbit Beta-globulin or the poly (A) signal of the SV40 virus. In early studies of DNA vaccines it was found that the negative result studies would go into the category of future developmental research projects in gene therapy. During the studies of poly (A) signaling of the SV40 for WNV vaccines, it was observed that WNV will lie dormant in individuals who were exposed to chicken pox, thus upon exposure to WNV aerial vaccines the potential for the release of chicken pox virus would cause a greater risk to having adult onset Shingles…

2. What was the significance of October 28th, 2011? 

October 28, was a day when all the nine waves influencing our biology and especially mind
shifted and created a new interference pattern (see image below). The importance of this shift
had been predicted in the Tortuguero Monument no 6, which said that Bolon Yokte Kuh, the Mayan god of the nine levels, would appear in his full regalia.
Translated to more modern language this means that for the first time in the history of the universe (including humanity) all waves (the full regalia) were activated and running in parallel. 1) Barrels of Nuclear Material completely dissolved

2) Trenches along the Columbia River where Nuclear Rods are dissolved leaking directly into the Columbia River – the bottoms and sides of the Cement Tanks had crumbled.

3. Train Car Loads of Nuclear Material headed to Bonner’s Ferry to be dumped on the Forests – polluting Northern Idaho Water with HUGE amounts of Nuclear Radiation and a Governor who does not care one little bit about it.

4) Again – the Entire Water Well System on the Spokane Indian Reservation is contaminated with Plutonium – a man made product – as trucks from Hanford dump huge amounts of Dissolved Nuclear Rods at Wellpinit and into other Old Silver Mines.

5) Further – huge amounts of radiation are now leaking into the Columbia River from these Dissolved Nuclear Tanks. They dump the Used Rods into the tanks, dump in the radiation – and the entire slurry has leaked into the Columbia River by morning.

For over 50 years the Columbia River has so much radiation it rises in Temperature 2* after it passes Hanford – and now it is also very radioactive .

The Radiation Levels in the Columbia at the Blue Bridge – something they have been measuring daily now fro over 70 years – is now spiking.

In a televised statement from Downing Street, UK PM Theresa May said Britain has increased its security threat level to the highest possible “critical” from “severe”, following Monday’s suicide attack in Manchester that killed 22 people, and she also said members of the army would be positioned at key sites to free up police for patrols and military personnel might be deployed at public events such as concerts and sports events as a further attack was seen as potentially imminent.

“Members of the armed forces deployed in this way will be under the command of police officers,” May said, adding that “we cannot ignore that there is a wider group of individuals linked to Manchester attack”.

The Prime Minister also said the independent body which sets the threat level had recommended it be raised from “severe” after a man named by police as Salman Abedi set off an improvised bomb on Monday night as crowds streamed out of a concert.

“It is now concluded on the basis of today’s investigations that the threat level should be increased for the time being from severe to critical,” she said in a televised statement following a meeting of the government’s crisis response committee. This means that their assessment is not only that an attack remains highly likely but that a further attack may be imminent.”

It capped the long, tortured downfall of Mr. Weiner, who ruined a once-promising career in Congress and then spoiled various attempts at resurrecting his reputation, all through his uncontrolled habit of using social media and texts to send explicit images to women.

It also cost him his marriage: His estranged wife, Huma Abedin, a top aide to Mrs. Clinton, filed for divorce from Mr. Weiner on Friday in New York, according to two people with knowledge of the action.

“I engaged in obscene communications with this teenager,” Mr. Weiner said, his voice high and shaky, and his body trembling. Those communications “included sharing explicit images and encouraging her to engage in sexually explicit conduct,” just as he had done with adult women, he said.

Mr. Weiner, 52, will have to register as a sex offender where he works and lives, and he may face a prison term. He pleaded guilty to transferring obscene material to a minor, which carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison…

More details of President Donald Trump’s first budget proposal were reported Monday by Bloomberg and Reuters. The leaks add to the picture of what we know about Trump’s budget, which also includes a flurry of leaks published by The Washington Post, the Associated Press and Bloomberg late Sunday, which fleshed out Trump’s plans to slash entitlement spending.

In total, the budget plans to trim $3.6 trillion in spending over 10 years across all discretionary spending and non-discretionary spending lines, in order to enable tax reductions across the board: if enacted – and remember that the president’s budget is just an initial blueprint which rarely passes in its original form – the Trump administration would implement the deepest cuts to government programs in a generation, delivering the opening salvo in a new round of budget battles in Washington.

This is key to balancing the budget by the 10th year.

It also relies on rather rosy growth economic projections,  estimating that U.S. gross domestic product will accelerate to 3% by fiscal year 2020. That’s compared with Bloomberg’s median projection of 2%, and the Congressional Budget Office’s long-term projection of 1.9%. It also expects the 10-year Treasury yield to rise to 3.8% in that time, while CPI increases to 2.3% and unemployment holds more or less steady at 4.7%…

In 1975, a certain intelligence agent under codename Michael was running for his life from Illuminati that were chasing him. He gathered around him a group of 12 operatives in order to protect himself. While on the run and in hiding, they discovered a maze of tunnels below the New York underground subway system. They entered the tunnels, disappeared from the surface and regrouped down there. So the Organization was born, having its main command center under the subway system of New York. Through the vast spy network that Michael still had on the surface, they have contacted many operatives that fought against the Illuminati and many of them went underground and joined the Organization.

Their main objective was to overthrow the rule of the Illuminati and give advanced technologies to humanity. Personal computers that we know now were developed with assistance of Organization and I have personally seen a room full with rows of computers as they were being developed in their main underground command center back in 1977. The Organization had contact with the positive civilization of Agartha that existed in subterannean caverns for millennia. They had contact with positive Andromedans already in 1977 if not before, as I have seen a sleek silver Andromedan cigar shaped craft in their underground hangar as well.

In early 1990s, they had some influence in assuring that internet expanded from military ARPANET into public domain.

The Illuminati and off-planet dark forces launched an offensive in 1996 to destroy the Organization and there were severe physical battles in underground tunnels and caverns that almost destroyed the Organization and also nearly wiped out Agartha…
