By now, if you or anyone you know has been in the regular habit of making their own videos, and then uploading them YouTube, then by now you’re all too aware of the advertising boycott taking place that has decreased the income streams of those content creators by up to 95% in many instances. 

If you expect to fully understand how something like this happened in the first place, or if income streams will ever recover, or if something like this can and will happen again, then first you must understand the difference between a monopoly and a monopsony. Then you must convince your legislators to pass new or additional anti-trust legislation to prevent this problem from growing even larger, and eventually crossing over into all markets, not just YouTube videos.  

A monopoly is defined as: A situation where a single company or group owns all or nearly all of the market for a given type of product or service, stifling competition.

A monopsony, sometimes referred to as a buyer’s monopoly, is a market condition similar to a monopoly except that a large buyer, not a seller, controls a large proportion of the market and drives prices down.

YouTube is a monopsony, and as such, it can deprive its content creators of all their income, thereby leaving them helpless, with very little recourse. An independent judiciary is absolutely important to the running of our democracy, yet what happens if some of the judiciary are unquestionably biased? Case in point is the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, chock full of liberal judges. And President Trump wants to do something about it.

In the following video, Right Wing News looks at the makeup and power of the 9th Circuit, in which 18 out of 25 judges were appointed by Democrat presidents. Anytime left wingers want a favorable decision from a federal court, the 9th Circuit is at the top of their list. And with jurisdiction over nine West Coast states and two US territories, their reach is far indeed. What’s more, 80% of the decisions by the 9th Circuit have been overturned by the Supreme Court. Fierce Battle Erupts In Kremlin Over If To Charge Obama With War Crimes

An intriguing Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today details a sharp and angry exchange between SC members Valentina Matviyenko (Chairwoman of the Council of Federation) and Sergei Lavrov (Foreign Minister of Russia) relating to if former United States President Barack Obama should be charged by the Prosecutor General’s Office for war crimes committed in Ukraine—and that Matviyenko says the precedent for doing so was established this past week by the Federation requesting that the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) issue an international arrest warrant for former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, shortly after taking office, “associates” of President Donald Trump delivered to the Security Council previously classified documents confirming that the Obama administration “secretly and flagrantly” colluded with Arseniy Yatsenyuk to violently overthrow the democratically elected government of Ukraine in order to install a Neo-Nazi government—and that the world’s largest private intelligence agency Stratfor (the “Shadow CIA”) called “the most blatant coup in history”.

Upon receiving these secret classified US documents, this report continues, the Prosecutor General’s Office was able to obtain an in-absentia arrest for former Prime Minister Yatsenyuk allowing him to be put on an international wanted list on 21 February 2017.

With Prime Minister Yatsenyuk being the first former foreign head of state to be so charged in the modern era under Federation law, this report details, SC member Matviyenko argued that since the evidence shows former President Obama’s complicity in this international crime too, he should, likewise be charged.

 

 

Arguing against Matviyenko, however, this report says, is Foreign Minister Lavrov—whose position is that any international criminal charges made by the Federation against former President Obama would be an “incitement” to the United States and its Western allies, so much so, in fact, it would most certainly lead to war.

Countering Lavrov’s argument, however, this report notes, Matviyenko warns that war is now nearly inevitable between the Federation and the West anyway, but by charging President Obama with war crimes, could very well force the Western media to “expose/reveal” to their citizens the full horrors the United States has not only inflicted upon Ukraine, but is now preparing to do in America too.

The month of April is a nightmare for anyone with a conscience, as we only have until “tax day” – which usually falls on April 15 – to give the taxman what he says he deserves. So if you pay taxes to Uncle Sam and you’re also aware you’re paying for mass murder in the Middle East and in U.S. streets due to the drug war, you should also feel sick to your stomach as you write that check.

To a restaurant customer, this may have served as enough incentive to remind his server that taxation is always immoral — but he didn’t stop there.

Last week, a customer at a Missouri restaurant gave the waitress a “personal gift” instead of a tip, writing the now popular line “Taxation is theft” in the tip section of the receipt.

In a second note, the fiscally conscious customer added:

“This is not a tip. This is a personal gift and not subject to federal or state income taxes.”

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has told Ron Paul that he believes the U.S. government are at war with alternative media.

In an interview with Ron Paul Liberty Report, Assange accused the CIA of attempting to quash the free flow of information by labelling independent media outlets as ‘non-state’ intelligence agencies.

Orange Essential Oil Found To Alleviate PTSD | Galactic Connection

We’ve written before about the power of essential oils like lavender essential oil. Essential oils are the condensed, aromatic compounds that occur naturally in plants. Many, many of them have profound effects on the senses and our emotional state. They can be be inhaled from the hands or in diffusers, used in body care products or applied on the skin if diluted in carrier oils like jojoba oil.

In the past, lavender, cedar, vetiver, jasmine, blue tansy and rose have been noted by people to reduce stress, ease depression, anxiety and heart break.

But now, orange essential oil can join the list and even has its own research to back up claims.

There is growing awareness about post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As you may know, it is not just confined to the battlefield – but also in the battlefield of life. While researchers offer a conservative estimate of 8% of the population struggling with post-traumatic stress, my estimation as a Self-Referencing practitioner is that it is much, much higher.

Cassandra Moshfegh, research assistant in Paul Marvar’s laboratory at the George Washington University, will present work on orange essential oil and PTSD at the American Physiological Society’s annual meeting this week.

Orange essential oil is made from the peels of the citrus fruit and is one of the most inexpensive essential oils in existence. In fact, a bottle of organic orange essential oil – which is made from many peels – can be cheaper than a couple bags of oranges.

Moshfegh said (emphasis added),

Relative to pharmaceuticals, essential oils are much more economical and do not have adverse side effects.

The orange essential plant oil showed a significant effect on the behavioral response in our study mice. This is promising, because it shows that passively inhaling this essential oil could potentially assuage PTSD symptoms in humans.

Science Daily reports:

The researchers tested the effects of orange essential oil using Pavlovian Fear conditioning, a behavioral mouse model used to study the formation, storage and expression of fear memories as a model for PTSD. Mice were exposed to the orange essential oil by passive inhalation 40 minutes before and after fear conditioning. Typically mice freeze in fear when they hear a certain audial tone later, a response that diminishes gradually over time.

Twelve mice received the tone by itself, 12 mice received water and fear conditioning, and 12 mice received an orange essential oil and fear conditioning. Mice exposed to orange essential oil by passive inhalation showed a significant reduction in freezing behavior and stopped freezing earlier than the water-exposed, fear-conditioned mice. They also showed significant differences in the types of immune cells present after fear conditioning. The immune system contributes to the inflammation associated with chronic stress and fear, so immune cells are a marker of the biochemical pathways involved in PTSD…

WikiLeaks Reveals CIA Tool ‘Scribbles’ For Document Tracking | Threatpost | The first stop for security news

WikiLeaks released details on what it said is a Central Intelligence Agency document tracking program called Scribbles, part of the agency’s effort to keep tabs on documents leaked to whistleblowers and journalists. Scribbles allegedly embeds a web beacon-style tag into watermarks located on Microsoft Word documents that can report document analytics back to the CIA.

WikiLeaks released information Friday about Scribbles as part of its ongoing  Vault 7 Dark Matter release that began last month. Also released is what WikiLeaks said is Scribbles’ source code.

A user manual describing Scribbles said the tool can be used to generate batch copies of identical or unique files, each with distinctive watermarks that includes a web beacon-like tag. A web beacon (or web bug) is a transparent graphic image that can be used to report back if a document has been opened and the IP address of the computer that requested the image file.

According to WikiLeaks, Scribble works exclusively with Microsoft Office documents. The tool, according to the user guide has been “successfully tested” to work with Microsoft Office 2013 (on Windows 8.1 x64) and Office 97-2016 running on Windows 98 and above.

WikiLeaks’ copy of the CIA’s Scribbles user manual says the tool will not work on encrypted or password-protected documents. The CIA also warns that if a document with a Scribbles’ watermark is opened in an alternative document viewing program, such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice, it may result in revealing watermarks and URLs for the user…

President Trump is Chief Manager of the US Corporation – solely owned by the UN, which is owned by the Rothchilds. As the current Manager of this corporation he determines how to employ  the rules set under his charge – not Congress, not the Supreme Court.

If President Trump wished to over rule a “Judge” or arrest a “Judge” he has the right to do this.

Period.

So it appears that for the next 4 years we have the right to keep and bear arms – we hope…

For the past three days, I have allowed an email to quietly sit in my inbox without looking at it and as it turned out, it came from an old friend with a potentially serious warning about a series of events set to take place next week. Today, another email appeared and it is identical to the ignored email except for key words and phrases which were attached to the following public advertisement for crisis workers at a pair of upcoming disaster drills. Both emails have to do with a disaster drill involving chemical and biological agents used to attack the American people as part of a false flag operation which appear to contain Deep State overtones…
